The President and Founder of EFK Appraisal Services is native to Dubuque, Iowa. At an early age, the founder transplanted across country to settle in Los Angeles County. This is where a degree and apprenticeship towards the real estate appraisal profession transpired. After 7+ years appraising throughout Southern California, the company decided to open a second branch in Jo Daviess County, Illinois to serve the surrounding Tri-State Area.
